Installation

Freestanding

Freestanding heaters can usually be placed any where in a room.

In front of a flat wall or across a corner.

Our consultants will advise the best position to suit the heat flows and also consider where the flue will pass through the building structure and roof.

Existing fireplaces

If you already have an existing fireplace Gas Pro can install a heater into such fireplaces and install a flue up inside the masonry chimney.

If the fire place needs to be enlarged to accept the selected heater, Gas Pro will arrange the necessary trade’s people.

Mock fireplaces

Gas Pro can arrange for a mock fireplace or surround to be built around your chosen heater and flue system. As to the finished look of the front ready to accept your heater is only limited by your imagination!

We have had experience in building surrounds:-

• Within the same room as the heater
• Building the surround in the room, cupboard or wardrobe behind where the heater is required
• Building the surround on the exterior of the home and weatherproofing it.
